TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE DINNER

This event is organized by MG Experiences in collaboration with the Máximo restaurant.
Participation is subject to the express acceptance of these terms and conditions by the attendee, without exception.

Access to the event is exclusive, personal and non-transferable.
Each guest must be properly registered through the channels authorized by MG Experiences and Unique Rewards of Santander and, if necessary, identify themselves.
Dress code: Casual - formal.
Participants will be able to bring a personal item to be signed by each of the host legends.
Participants will be able to take videos and photographs during the event.
Exclusive event for those over 12 years old.
Children's menus are not available.
No menu changes or wine pairings apply to what has been selected by chef Eduardo García and MG Experiences.
In case of a delay in arrival, it will not be possible to serve dishes or drinks that have already been ordered.

All attendees must maintain respectful, courteous conduct appropriate to the level of the event.
Remain in the assigned place during interventions, activities or special dynamics.
Avoid interruptions, unnecessary movement, or behavior that may disrupt the pace, logistics, or experience of other guests.
Follow the instructions of the event's operational staff.
Entry is strictly prohibited for persons in an unfit state or under the influence of substances.
MG Experiences reserves the right to refuse admission and to refuse entry to the event in case of any inappropriate or unsuitable behavior.

By attending, the guest authorizes MG Experiences and its partners to use their image (photograph and video) captured during the event for promotional and dissemination purposes, without additional compensation.
If any attendee wishes not to appear in advertising content, they must communicate this in writing prior to the event.

MG Experiences will implement security measures in accordance with the facilities and operation of the Máximo restaurant.
However, neither MG Experiences nor the Máximo restaurant are responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the event.

Entry to unauthorized areas of the restaurant is prohibited.
Attendees must respect the infrastructure, decoration, furniture and internal rules of the Máximo restaurant, considered a gastronomic heritage site.

MG Experiences reserves the right to fully curate the experience: event narrative, player selection and/or player replacement only due to force majeure or illness, menu, ambiance, dynamics and treatment of guests.
MG Experiences seeks to offer the locations to Santander's Unique Rewards customers in the advertising document under the identity:
“An experience by MG Experiences”
The databases generated by the event may be used by MG Experiences for this and future events.
The MG Experiences and Unique Rewards Santander team will maintain constant communication to ensure each customer's experience at the event, respecting organizational and operational hierarchies.

In the event of force majeure, MG Experiences reserves the right to modify the date, location, or format of the event. Attendees will be notified as far in advance as possible.
Non-attendance does not entitle anyone to a refund or any compensation.

Registration or confirmation of attendance implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
