PROMOCIONES EXPERIENCIAS “MADRID 2026”

1. GENERALIDADES
Las experiencias y promociones descritas en este documento son organizadas y comercializadas por MG Experiences, marca operada por Maldini Group S.A. de C.V., con domicilio en Avenida Prado Norte 460, Lomas - Virreyes, Lomas de Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11000, Ciudad de México, CDMX.
La compra de cualquiera de las experiencias participantes está sujeta a la aceptación expresa de estos términos y condiciones por parte del cliente, sin excepción.
Todos los precios se expresan en pesos mexicanos (MXN), son por persona e incluyen IVA.
El tratamiento de los datos personales se rige por nuestro Aviso de Privacidad.
2. EXPERIENCIAS PARTICIPANTES
Signature Access: del 6 al 8 de noviembre de 2026.
Beyond Exclusive: del 3 al 8 de noviembre de 2026.
Beyond Exclusive RM: del 22 al 24 de noviembre de 2026.
Los lugares de cada experiencia son limitados y se asignan por orden de compra confirmada. Una orden se considera confirmada únicamente cuando el pago ha sido aprobado.
3. PRECIO EXCLUSIVO CON TARJETA VISA
El precio exclusivo aplica a compras pagadas con tarjetas de crédito o débito Visa emitidas en México.
Signature Access: $49,900.00 MXN (precio original $56,200.00 MXN).
Beyond Exclusive: $54,800.00 MXN (precio original $61,100.00 MXN).
Beyond Exclusive RM: $49,900.00 MXN (precio original $56,200.00 MXN).
El descuento se aplica automáticamente al ingresar al carrito mediante el botón “Comprar” de cada experiencia.
El único método de pago aceptado para estas experiencias es tarjeta Visa. No será posible completar la compra con otro método de pago.
El precio exclusivo no es acumulable con otros códigos de descuento, promociones o tarifas corporativas.
Vigencia: hasta agotar los lugares disponibles de cada experiencia.
Visa no es patrocinador ni organizador de las experiencias y no es responsable de ellas ni de las promociones y beneficios aquí descritos. Visa es únicamente el método de pago aceptado. Visa es una marca registrada de Visa International Service Association.
4. MESES SIN INTERESES
Se ofrecen 3 o 6 meses sin intereses al pagar con tarjetas de crédito Visa de bancos participantes.
No aplica monto mínimo de compra.
Los meses sin intereses no están disponibles con tarjetas de débito.
La disponibilidad de meses sin intereses está sujeta a la aprobación del banco emisor de la tarjeta.
5. REGALO EXCLUSIVO: PLAYERA OFICIAL FIRMADA POR DAVID VILLA
Las primeras 50 órdenes pagadas y confirmadas, considerando en conjunto las tres experiencias participantes, recibirán una playera oficial firmada por David Villa, con un valor de referencia de $5,000.00 MXN.
El orden se determina por la fecha y hora de confirmación del pago, según los registros internos de MG Experiences. El contador mostrado en el sitio web es solo de referencia.
Se otorga un (1) regalo por orden, sin importar el número de lugares adquiridos en la misma.
El regalo se entregará en Madrid, España, durante la experiencia, al titular de la reserva o a la persona autorizada como asistente. Si el asistente no se presenta, perderá el derecho al regalo.
El regalo no es canjeable por dinero en efectivo ni por otros productos o servicios a solicitud del cliente.
MG Experiences se reserva el derecho de cambiar el regalo por otro de valor similar sin previo aviso.
Si una orden es cancelada por cualquier motivo, como pago rechazado o contracargo, se perderá el derecho al regalo y este podrá asignarse a la siguiente orden elegible.
Promoción válida hasta agotar las 50 piezas disponibles.
6. CANCELACIONES, REEMBOLSOS, TRANSFERENCIAS Y CONTRACARGOS
Una vez confirmada la compra, no se aceptan cancelaciones ni se realizan reembolsos totales o parciales.
La reserva podrá transferirse a otra persona únicamente con autorización expresa y por escrito de MG Experiences. La solicitud deberá enviarse a info@mgexperiences.com.
Una transferencia autorizada incluye los beneficios asociados a la orden, incluido el regalo cuando aplique. La nueva persona titular acepta estos términos y condiciones.
Si el cliente inicia un contracargo o aclaración ante su banco sin causa justificada, MG Experiences podrá cancelar la reserva y los beneficios asociados a la misma.
7. ITINERARIO, HORARIOS Y SERVICIOS INCLUIDOS
Cada experiencia incluye únicamente lo descrito en su página: las actividades indicadas, el acceso al partido en Categoría 1 y los traslados Hotel NH Eurobuilding – Estadio – Hotel NH Eurobuilding en los días señalados.
No se incluyen vuelos, hospedaje, alimentos, propinas, traslados al hotel, traslados al aeropuerto ni seguro de viaje.
Todos los horarios se indican en hora local de Madrid y están sujetos a cambio sin previo aviso.
Las actividades y fechas están sujetas a ajustes según la programación definitiva de LaLiga, de la UEFA o por necesidades de logística interna. MG Experiences informará a los asistentes de cualquier cambio tan pronto como le sea posible.
El acceso en Categoría 1 no garantiza asientos contiguos ni una ubicación específica dentro de dicha categoría. La asignación de asientos corresponde al emisor de los boletos.
La participación de leyendas y talentos en las experiencias está sujeta a su disponibilidad. Si alguno no puede asistir por causas ajenas a MG Experiences, MG Experiences podrá sustituirlo por otra figura de perfil similar.
8. DOCUMENTACIÓN DE VIAJE Y DATOS DEL ASISTENTE
Es responsabilidad exclusiva del asistente contar con pasaporte vigente y cumplir con todos los requisitos migratorios y de viaje para ingresar a España y a la Unión Europea, incluida la autorización ETIAS cuando resulte aplicable.
Si el asistente no puede viajar, se le niega el abordaje o el ingreso al país por causas relacionadas con su documentación o situación migratoria, MG Experiences no será responsable y no procederá ningún reembolso.
Cuando sea necesario para la emisión de boletos o accesos, el asistente deberá proporcionar sus datos completos, tal como aparecen en su pasaporte, en el plazo que MG Experiences le indique. Los errores u omisiones en los datos proporcionados son responsabilidad del asistente.
Se recomienda ampliamente contratar un seguro de viaje con cobertura médica y de cancelación. El seguro de viaje no está incluido en las experiencias.
9. MENORES DE EDAD
Los menores de edad podrán participar únicamente acompañados por su padre, madre o tutor, quien será responsable de ellos en todo momento. No se permite la participación de menores sin acompañante.
El cumplimiento de los requisitos de viaje para menores, así como de las restricciones de edad o acceso que establezca cada recinto, es responsabilidad del padre, madre o tutor.
10. BOLETOS Y ACCESO A RECINTOS
Los boletos y accesos a estadios y recintos son emitidos por el club, la liga o el proveedor oficial correspondiente. MG Experiences no es responsable de dichos boletos; sin embargo, en caso de presentarse algún inconveniente con ellos, apoyará al asistente en la gestión con el emisor para intentar resolverlo.
Una vez entregados, el resguardo y uso adecuado de los boletos es responsabilidad exclusiva del asistente. En caso de pérdida, daño, robo, o de que el asistente comprometa su uso (por ejemplo, al compartirlos, reproducirlos o transferirlos sin autorización), MG Experiences no los reemplazará ni realizará reembolsos o compensaciones de ningún tipo.
El control de acceso a estadios, recintos y demás sedes de la experiencia es responsabilidad exclusiva de cada recinto, club u organizador correspondiente. MG Experiences no tiene control sobre dichas decisiones.
Si a un asistente se le niega el acceso, o es retirado o expulsado de cualquier estadio, recinto o actividad por causas no imputables a MG Experiences, incluido el incumplimiento de las normas del recinto o de las autoridades, MG Experiences no será responsable y no procederá ningún reembolso total o parcial.
Es responsabilidad del asistente conocer y cumplir las normas de acceso y permanencia de cada recinto, así como portar la identificación oficial que se le solicite.
11. COMPORTAMIENTO DE LOS ASISTENTES
En cualquier evento o actividad organizada por MG Experiences, los asistentes deben mantener una conducta respetuosa y cordial y seguir las indicaciones del personal operativo.
Queda estrictamente prohibida la participación de personas en estado inconveniente o bajo la influencia de sustancias.
MG Experiences se reserva el derecho de admisión y permanencia en sus eventos y actividades. El retiro de un asistente por comportamiento inadecuado o inapropiado no dará lugar a reembolso alguno.
12. USO DE IMAGEN Y CONTENIDO
Al participar, los asistentes autorizan a MG Experiences a utilizar su imagen (fotografía y video) captada durante las actividades para fines de promoción y difusión, sin compensación adicional.
Si algún asistente desea no aparecer en contenido publicitario, deberá comunicarlo por escrito a info@mgexperiences.com previo a la experiencia.
El uso de imagen de los talentos es exclusivo de MG Experiences y sus aliados comerciales. No se permite realizar grabaciones con fines comerciales.
13. RESPONSABILIDAD
MG Experiences no se hace responsable por cambios, retrasos o cancelaciones atribuibles a terceros, como clubes, ligas, aerolíneas o autoridades, ni por causas de fuerza mayor.
MG Experiences no se hace responsable por pérdidas, daños o robos de objetos personales durante la experiencia.
14. FACTURACIÓN
Las solicitudes de factura deberán enviarse a info@mgexperiences.com dentro del mes calendario en que se realizó la compra, incluyendo el número de orden, la Constancia de Situación Fiscal (CSF) y el correo electrónico al que se deberá enviar la factura.
No será posible emitir facturas solicitadas fuera de dicho plazo.

16. ACEPTACIÓN
La compra de cualquiera de las experiencias participantes implica la aceptación total de estos términos y condiciones.
Cualquier situación no prevista en estos términos y condiciones será evaluada por MG Experiences conforme a la legislación aplicable, y su determinación será comunicada al cliente en un plazo razonable.
Para su interpretación y cumplimiento, las partes se someten a las leyes y tribunales competentes de la Ciudad de México y renuncian a cualquier otro fuero que pudiera corresponderles.

Purchasing any of the participating experiences requires the customer’s express acceptance of these terms and conditions, without exception.
All prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN), per person, and include VAT (IVA).
Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
2. PARTICIPATING EXPERIENCES

Beyond Exclusive: November 3–8, 2026.
Beyond Exclusive RM: November 22–24, 2026.
Spots for each experience are limited and are assigned in order of confirmed purchase. An order is considered confirmed only once payment has been approved.
3. EXCLUSIVE VISA PRICE
The exclusive price applies to purchases paid with Mexican-issued Visa credit or debit cards.
Signature Access: $49,900.00 MXN (original price $56,200.00 MXN).
Beyond Exclusive: $54,800.00 MXN (original price $61,100.00 MXN).
Beyond Exclusive RM: $49,900.00 MXN (original price $56,200.00 MXN).
The discount is applied automatically when entering the cart through each experience’s “Comprar” (Buy) button.
Visa is the only accepted payment method for these experiences. Purchases cannot be completed with any other payment method.
The exclusive price cannot be combined with other discount codes, promotions or corporate rates.
Valid while spots remain available for each experience.

4. INTEREST-FREE INSTALLMENTS
3 or 6 interest-free monthly installments are available with Visa credit cards from participating banks.
No minimum purchase amount applies.
Interest-free installments are not available with debit cards.
Availability of interest-free installments is subject to approval by the card-issuing bank.
5. EXCLUSIVE GIFT: OFFICIAL SHIRT SIGNED BY DAVID VILLA
The first 50 paid and confirmed orders, counted across all three participating experiences, will receive an official shirt signed by David Villa, with a reference value of $5,000.00 MXN.
Order ranking is determined by the date and time of payment confirmation, according to MG Experiences’ internal records. The counter shown on the website is for reference only.
One (1) gift is given per order, regardless of the number of spots purchased in that order.
The gift will be delivered in Madrid, Spain, during the experience, to the booking holder or the authorized attendee. If the attendee does not show up, the gift is forfeited.
The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or for other products or services at the customer’s request.
MG Experiences reserves the right to replace the gift with another of similar value without prior notice.
If an order is canceled for any reason, such as a declined payment or a chargeback, the gift is forfeited and may be assigned to the next eligible order.

6. CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, TRANSFERS AND CHARGEBACKS
Once a purchase is confirmed, cancellations are not accepted and no full or partial refunds are issued.
A booking may be transferred to another person only with the express written authorization of MG Experiences. Requests must be sent to info@mgexperiences.com.
An authorized transfer includes the benefits attached to the order, including the gift where applicable. The new holder accepts these terms and conditions.
If the customer initiates a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank without justified cause, MG Experiences may cancel the booking and its associated benefits.
7. ITINERARY, SCHEDULES AND INCLUDED SERVICES
Each experience includes only what is described on its page: the listed activities, Category 1 match access, and Hotel NH Eurobuilding – Stadium – Hotel NH Eurobuilding transfers on the stated days.
Flights, accommodation, meals, tips, hotel transfers, airport transfers and travel insurance are not included.
All times are given in Madrid local time and are subject to change without prior notice.
Activities and dates are subject to adjustment based on the final schedule set by LaLiga or UEFA, or for internal logistical reasons. MG Experiences will inform attendees of any changes as soon as possible.
Category 1 access does not guarantee adjacent seats or a specific location within that category. Seat allocation is determined by the ticket issuer.
The participation of legends and talent in the experiences is subject to their availability. If any of them cannot attend for reasons beyond MG Experiences’ control, MG Experiences may replace them with another figure of similar profile.
8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS AND ATTENDEE INFORMATION
Attendees are solely responsible for holding a valid passport and meeting all immigration and travel requirements to enter Spain and the European Union, including ETIAS authorization where applicable.
If an attendee is unable to travel, or is denied boarding or entry into the country for reasons related to their documents or immigration status, MG Experiences will not be held responsible and no refund will be issued.
When required to issue tickets or access, attendees must provide their full details, exactly as they appear on their passport, within the deadline indicated by MG Experiences. Attendees are responsible for any errors or omissions in the information they provide.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance with medical and cancellation coverage. Travel insurance is not included in the experiences.
9. MINORS
Minors may participate only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, who is responsible for them at all times. Unaccompanied minors may not participate.
The parent or legal guardian is responsible for meeting travel requirements for minors and any age or access restrictions set by each venue.
10. TICKETS AND VENUE ACCESS
Tickets and access to stadiums and venues are issued by the relevant club, league or official provider. MG Experiences is not responsible for these tickets; however, if an issue arises with them, it will assist the attendee in working with the issuer to try to resolve it.
Once delivered, safekeeping and proper use of the tickets are the sole responsibility of the attendee. In case of loss, damage, theft, or if the attendee compromises their use (for example, by sharing, copying or transferring them without authorization), MG Experiences will not replace them or issue refunds or compensation of any kind.
Access control at stadiums, venues and any other experience locations is the sole responsibility of each venue, club or relevant organizer. MG Experiences has no control over those decisions.
If an attendee is denied entry to, or removed or expelled from, any stadium, venue or activity for reasons not attributable to MG Experiences, including failure to comply with venue or authority rules, MG Experiences will not be held responsible and no full or partial refund will be issued.
Attendees are responsible for knowing and complying with each venue’s entry and conduct rules, and for carrying any official identification requested.
11. ATTENDEE CONDUCT
At any event or activity organized by MG Experiences, attendees must behave respectfully and courteously and follow the instructions of event staff.
Participation by anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of substances is strictly prohibited.
MG Experiences reserves the right of admission and to remove anyone from its events and activities. Removal of an attendee for inappropriate behavior will not result in any refund.
12. IMAGE RIGHTS AND CONTENT
By participating, attendees authorize MG Experiences to use their image (photo and video) captured during the activities for promotional purposes, without additional compensation.
Attendees who do not wish to appear in promotional content must notify MG Experiences in writing at info@mgexperiences.com before the experience.
Use of the talent’s image is exclusive to MG Experiences and its commercial partners. Recording for commercial purposes is not permitted.
13. LIABILITY
MG Experiences is not responsible for changes, delays or cancellations caused by third parties, such as clubs, leagues, airlines or authorities, or by force majeure.
MG Experiences is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the experience.
14. INVOICING
Invoice (CFDI) requests must be sent to info@mgexperiences.com within the calendar month in which the purchase was made, including the order number, the Tax Status Certificate (Constancia de Situación Fiscal, CSF) and the email address where the invoice should be sent.
Invoices requested after that period cannot be issued.

16. ACCEPTANCE
Purchasing any of the participating experiences constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Any situation not covered by these terms and conditions will be evaluated by MG Experiences in accordance with applicable law, and its determination will be communicated to the customer within a reasonable time.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico City, and any dispute will be resolved by its competent courts. Both parties waive any other jurisdiction that may otherwise apply.
