TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION IN PADEL
PADEL MATCH TOURNAMENT “LEGENDS OF FOOTBALL”
September 24, 2025, PADELITE, Santa Fe, CDMX.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
This event is organized by MG Experiences in collaboration with Padelite Santa Fe.
Participation is subject to the express acceptance of these terms and conditions by the attendee, without exception.
2. PARTICIPATION AND REGISTRATION
Each guest must be properly registered through the channels authorized by MG Experiences.
Access to the event will be via the QR code sent, which is exclusive, personal and non-transferable.
Registration for players begins: 4:00 PM.
Player registration deadline: 4:30 PM.
After this time and until 4:45 PM, registrations can be assigned to interested players who have not obtained a place and are on the waiting list.
Participants accredited as players must bring their padel racket to participate in the tournament, as well as white or black sports shorts without any flashy markings.
Participants accredited as players, if they do not bring their padel racket, will not be considered to participate in the tournament; there will be no racket rental available.
Participants will be able to take videos and photographs during the event.
3. PROHIBITIONS
To ensure the safety and smooth running of the event, the following actions are strictly prohibited on the premises:
Food and drinks will not be allowed inside.
Smoking or vaping is prohibited in the play areas and surrounding areas; there will be an area designated exclusively for smokers in the parking area.
Pets are not allowed.
Accessing the courts without being properly registered as a player.
Wearing inappropriate footwear (only sports shoes with soles suitable for the care of padel courts are allowed).
Unsportsmanlike conduct , such as insults, shouting, or violent behavior.
Children under 8 years of age are not allowed access.
Recordings for commercial use and/or for the benefit of companies that do not have an agreement or commercial relationship with the event are not permitted.
The use of the talent's image is exclusive to MG experiences and its commercial partners at the event.
4. GENERAL SUGGESTIONS
We want you to enjoy the event to the fullest, so please keep these recommendations in mind:
Arrive with enough time to register and, if you are a player, to warm up properly to avoid injuries.
Dress Code: Sporty
For all attendees (spectators and players) we recommend bringing warm clothing (jacket, pants), as the event is outdoors and the temperature drops in the afternoons.
If you are a player, bring a change of clothes , a towel, and personal hygiene items. Review the tournament rules and specific regulations before playing.
5. BEHAVIOR OF THE ATTENDEES
Attendees must maintain a respectful and courteous demeanor.
Remain in the assigned place during interventions, activities or special dynamics.
Follow the instructions of the event's operational staff.
Entry is strictly prohibited for persons in an unfit state or under the influence of substances.
MG Experiences reserves the right of admission and continued attendance at the event subject to any inappropriate or unsuitable behavior by the attendee.
6. USE OF IMAGE AND CONTENT
By attending, attendees authorize MG Experiences to use their image (photograph and video) captured during the event for promotional and dissemination purposes, without additional compensation.
If any attendee wishes not to appear in advertising content, they must communicate this in writing prior to the event.
7. RESPONSIBILITY AND SAFETY
MG Experiences will implement security measures in accordance with the padel facilities.
However, neither MG Experiences nor Padelite are responsible for loss, damage or theft of personal belongings during the event.
8. PROTECTION OF SPACES AND RESPECT FOR THE PADEL FACILITIES
Entry to unauthorized areas of the padel court is prohibited.
Attendees must respect Padelite's infrastructure, decor, furniture, and internal rules.
9. ACCEPTANCE
Registration or confirmation of attendance implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
